*       10.00 Welcome from Curtis Price (RAM Principal and RMA President)

*       10.15 - 11.00 Introduction to the instrument from Frances Palmer
                (York Gate Collections curator)

*       11.15 - 12.00 Research Presentation from David Rowland (OU and
                Cambridge University): 'Composers and the Expanding Piano'

*       12.00 Lunch (sandwiches) and York Gate Collections tours

*       1.00 - 3.30 Workshop/Presentations, to include contributions from
                David Ward (RCM professor), Nicholas Walker (RAM
                professor) and research students*[see below]

*       3.30 Tea

*       4.00 - 5.00 Research Presentation from John Rink (Royal Holloway)

*       5.00 - 6.00 Round-table chaired by Curtis Price
