	Beatles' "Strawberry Fields Forever".

	John Bryan: In search of the earliest viols: interpreting
	iconographical evidence from a Renaissance painting in Bologna.

12.45 pm - 1.45 pm Lunch

1.45 pm - 3.15 pm Session 3
	Rebecca Herissone: 'Sketches', 'Drafts' and 'Fair copies': some
	problems of typology and ontology relating to the study of
	seventeenth-century manuscript sources.

3.15 pm - 3.30 pm Refreshments

3.30 pm - 5 pm Session 4 + 5
	Richard Langham Smith: Editing two 'Spanish' operas for
	performance. 1. Bizet's 'Carmen', 2. Debussy's 'Cid'.

5.30 pm - 6.30 pm Session 6
	John Bryan: Performing music from a 16th century anthology from
	York Minster Library.
