UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO MUSIC GRADUATE STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION (MGSA)

A conference centered the theme of ritual & revision. Ritual is meant in the broadest
sense, so as to include everything from religious ritual from any period or tradition
to performance ritual. Revision invites a wide range of topics as well, ranging from
historical revision to appropriation of genres. It is hoped that this theme will
