Print Submission Cover Sheet

You are encouraged to submit a proposal, idea, outline, abstract, or
completed paper to be considered for inclusion in the 2007 Annual Meeting,
Marriott Oakland City Center, March 29 - April 1, 2007.

Please follow the procedures below.

Look through the Call for Papers. 

Select the best session for your submission and submit your paper or
extended abstract (a two to three page summary of your intended
presentation) to the session organizer listed.

Do not submit the same paper or extended abstract to more than ONE session
organizer at the same time.

You can submit more than one paper or extended abstract, but each
submission may be submitted to no more than ONE organizer at a time.

Each submission must include a completed Download Submission Cover Sheet
or Print Submission Cover Sheet. The Cover Sheet must be filled out
completely, including names and addresses of all co-authors. Staple the
Submission Cover Sheet to the front of your submission. Make additional
copies if needed.

The deadline for submission is October 15, 2006. Organizers are NOT
obligated to consider papers and submissions postmarked after October 15,
