4th Annual Film & Music Conference

Presented by the University of Leeds, Brunel University & the National Media Museum

Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 March 2008 at the National Media Museum, Bradford, BD1 1NQ, West Yorkshire, UK

Part of the 14th Bradford International Film Festival and in association with Dare, a collaborative partnership between Opera North and the University of Leeds


The theme of this year's conference is Shakespeare, though papers relating to other aspects of film music scholarship may also be considered. Papers should be a maximum of twenty minutes in length (with ten minutes for discussion). Abstracts of approximately 150 words should be sent to Ian Sapiro (i.p.sapiro@leeds.ac.uk) by Friday 11 January.

The conference fee is £40 for the full conference or £25 for a single day of the event. This includes lunch, but excludes accommodation and other meals. Concessions are available.  Please do NOT send payment with your proposal; details of methods of payment are available on the conference website.
