International Bach-Symposium

“Renewing insights on historically documented performances of J.S. Bach’s music. Symposium and research project with reference to the honorary doctorate awarded to Sigiswald Kuijken by the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.”

With lectures by amongst others; Andrew Parrott, Andreas Glöckner, Frieder Bernius, Marc Vanscheeuwijck and Karel Moens, concerts by La Petite Bande -direction Sigiswald Kuijken, Currende - direction Erik Van Nevel and recitals by Roel Dieltiens on baroque cello, Sigiswald Kuijken on violoncello da spalla and Jean-François Madeuf on natural trumpet.
