The organisers and the Programme Committee invite proposals for 20-minute papers, joint papers/paired papers, and poster presentations on any topic relating to the study of Medieval and/or Renaissance music. Proposals of any kind should consist of a title and an abstract of c.200 words, together with the proposer’s name, institutional affiliation (if any) and email address.
We are especially keen to hear from anyone interested in putting together a themed session of 3 (or two sessions of 6 papers). Sessions with 4 papers are possible, but the overall duration will have to adjust to the 90 minute slots). Session conveners should prepare a short abstract highlighting the relevance of the session topic and the individual contributions. It also should include a proposal for each paper summarising the main aspects of the contribution. The maximum length is 300 words for the Session proposal and 200 words for each of the individual papers.
The deadline for all proposals is Friday 28 February 2014.
